I used the "Dazzle" Action from Atomic Cupcake and made these hearts :) Have fun!
These are really nice! I have Photoshop Elements and can't use most actions, so I don't even bother looking anymore. I appreciate you sharing some of the cool stuff your Photoshop will do. :)
