Delicious Scraps Terms of Use

Thank you for downloading and creating with Delicious Scraps! Whether you are enjoying freebies from the blog or using design packs from our Etsy Shop, all kits, templates, and digital graphics are subject to the license terms below.

Please check each post label or preview image to see if an item is marked CU (Commercial Use) or PU / S4H / S4O (Personal Use / Scrap for Hire).

Commercial Use (CU / CU4CU) Terms

Applies to all templates, shapes, and assets labeled CU or purchased from the Delicious Scraps Etsy Shop:

✓
DO use these to create your own Commercial Use (CU) Products!
✓
DO use them for digital or printed CU items subject to restrictions below:
✗
DO NOT sell, redistribute, or share the original items in their purchased or downloaded state. All assets must be incorporated into a new, significantly modified design (more than just recoloured).
✗
DO NOT share, redistribute, or claim these files for free or as your own work.

Personal Use & Scrap for Hire (PU / S4H / S4O) Terms

Applies to all Delicious Scraps kits, papers, elements, and Canva templates:

✓
DO use these kits and templates for your personal scrapbooking layouts, crafts, printable projects, and personal social media graphics.
✓
DO use them for Scrap for Hire (S4H / S4O) custom client projects, provided the final creation is uniquely made for that customer and delivered in a flattened, non-editable format (flat JPG, PNG, or PDF).
✗
DO NOT use PU / S4H kits to create Commercial Use (CU) templates, scrap kits for sale, or mass-distributed digital products unless the item is explicitly marked CU.
✗
DO NOT host our raw zip files, individual PNG elements, or direct Canva template links on your own website or groups. Always link visitors directly to Delicious Scraps to download!

Credit or a link back to Delicious Scraps is always appreciated, though not required!
